Countdown to summer

My countdown begins with improving my diet with cooler, crisper foods like salads full of protein. Lots more water to keep my skin hydrated and more time exercising! I start slowly, walking and cycling for example. These are the basics and to really amp summer prep there are other things I do myself and also advise my clients on.
