Get ahead of that wedding! Part 2

Six months before

Start dermal fillers so you can achieve the gradual plumpness you desire and have none of the bruising or swelling. Also start neurotoxins so that by the time the wedding draws close you will have perfected the exact look you want. These take about 2 weeks to take full effect but you can tweak when you start ahead of time. The next session can occur a month before the wedding.

CO2 fractional laser can be done now as it takes a few weeks for the skin to heal (depending on area and depth of laser) this gives more than enough time for healing and stimulation of the collagen continuing long after your treatment.

You can add DermaFrac treatments to this regime as this is collagen inducing and I recommend 4 – 6 treatments give four weeks apart. Ensure the last one is scheduled a month before the wedding day.

PDO thread lifts and Kybella are a good duo to start now especially if you want to sculpt a beautiful jawline. PDO threads show immediate lifting but continue tightening as collagen is stimulated for up to a year. Kybella under the chin melts the fat which has to be removed by the body over a few weeks. You can have another treatment with Kybella to tweak your look a month after this first session. The last treatment should be a month before the big day.

Three months before

Now that the heavy hitter treatments are under way or settling in nicely you can begin to focus on the less time sensitive ones. These have very little downtime but deliver a good does of skin and body loving effects. I like to focus on the internal wellbeing and reducing body stress as the day gets closer. This is an excellent time for introducing IV nutritional therapy which is a series of cocktails that boost vitamins and wellbeing. As you get more rundown the more crucial it is to top up. Diet is key now too, lots of lean protein, good fats and grains for glowing skin and not to forget the water intake!

If you want to boost your weight loss Semaglutide injections can begin now, I inject once a week for 4 weeks and monitor after. Expect to lose 1/2 to 2lbs a week in weight but they work best with a diet and exercise plan. Now is the time to check up on your neurotoxins do you need another dose? This is the last one until the wedding. Now is the time to start a very mild chemical peels, or a more intense peel like the VI Peel which will peel after a week or so and heal up to two weeks after. I won’t do more intense peels after this.
