Robyn’s personal favorite: “That’s a tough question. Aging suddenly crept up on me and I could not wait to use Morpheus8 RF Microneedling to tackle it. It has really worked wonders on toning and tightening sagging skin in a few places!
Robyn takes her work seriously, “for me this is personal! I have seen first-hand how self-esteem and image can be destroyed by a single word about how we look. It is my business to right those wrongs.” Robyn uses her past expertise in medical devices, safety and compliance to ensure her clients receive a trusted service. She holds advanced certifications across the gamut of aesthetic cosmetology from injectables and non-surgical face lifting techniques to sophisticated body contouring and laser therapies.
“Letting a stranger work on your face or body can be daunting, having the credentials is important but empathy and caring really count.” Robyn uses her medical training and gentle skills to treat the whole person, with IV nutritional therapies and other male and female wellbeing protocols. “It’s never too late to start feeling good about yourself and I want every person who walks through our doors to feel whole and happy when they leave. I cannot express the satisfaction I feel when I help achieve that. I think it’s what I was always supposed to do!”
Medical Director, Board Certified Anesthesiologist
Dr Gallen’s personal favorite: “I love the fact there are so many great treatments to choose from but I can’t resist the Oxygenation facials for reviving the skin.”
Dr Gallen is a Board Certified Anesthesiologist with over 36 years of experience practicing medicine. In addition to this he has been working in private practice as a Medical Director for several Denver area Medi Spas since 2016 and prides himself in providing exemplary care to all the patients in these busy practices. He is best known for his immediate availability and rapid response to the clinical needs of each spa.
Dr Gallen is known for his warm bedside manner and wonderful sense of humor, which his patients say “is just what the doctor ordered.” When a patient has any concerns about their individual aesthetic care he allays those fears. He says,“I like people and I want them to feel good whenever they have a procedure, be it medical or aesthetic. It can be intimidating putting your care in someone else’s hands. It’s my duty as a medical professional to nurture that trust.”

Monica’s personal favorite: “For me under eye plasma treatments made me look fresher and really minimized bags and puffiness. I think it took a few years off my age!”
For much of her adult life Monica has been on a mission, from using her surgical nursing skills in third world communities to devoting quality time to patients in her primary care practice. “It sounds like a cliche but I have always wanted to help people and I hope I have been able to do that! I like working with hormones and sexual health because they affect us in profound ways especially in how we look and feel.” Monica is the team’s certified Biote provider and has a wealth of knowledge in her field. “I believe we can all grow and improve ourselves, so learning all about aesthetics was a natural progression of my work.”
Trained directly by an Allergan master injector she is lead instructor with Aesthetic Medical Education Training Company (AMET). Her role allows her to travel nationally teaching neurotoxin and filler application and techniques. “I feel so lucky to be doing what I do, every day I meet fascinating new people who rely on me to care for them. Being able to serve them makes me feel so special.” Always learning, Monica worked closely with Robyn to perfect advanced procedures such as PDO thread lifts and microneedling with platelet rich plasma to name a few.
Master Injector, MA
Amanda’s personal favorite: “I really like the VI Peels for acne and acne scarring, this is something I feel strongly about because of my own journey. They’ve really helped me with my self esteem and confidence.”
Amanda is a passionate aesthetic provider with a relentless eye for detail. She started her career in medical aesthetics in 2001 after many years of suffering from acne. After seeing impactful results achieved through aesthetic procedures she found reward in forming trusting, therapeutic relationships, and making a positive impact on patients wanting to look and feel their best. She says, “my goal is to provide patients with genuine kindness and respect while also helping them achieve the best version of themselves with safe and effective treatments.” Popular injectables Amanda uses for facial rejuvenation include, Botox, Dysport, Jeuveau, Juvederm, Restylane and Versa. She also loves regenerative medicine such as plasma and Sculptra.
Amanda has experience in providing skin resurfacing treatments such as Microneedling, IPL, chemical peels, Co2 Laser, Morpheus8 and more. Amanda also has over 10 years experience in mastering body contouring procedures and her work has been featured on Colorado and Company, Colorado’s Best Channel 2, Mile High Living and Haystack Living. Amanda is always advancing her aesthetics knowledge and regularly attends advanced trainings nationwide. For her the patient comes first, “I’m incredibly passionate about helping patients look and feel their best and like to provide an individual approach using cutting edge non-surgical methods. I believe in the conservative approach and always achieve very natural results for my clients.”
Licensed Aesthetic Provider, Master Lash Artist, Concierge Beauty Event Planner & Social Media Expert
Jade’s personal favorite: “I’d be lying if I said the latest lash trends didn’t set my heart a flutter but I particularly like the body contouring treatments especially if you need some help springing back into shape after children.”
Jade has shown that age is just a number and it is possible to accomplish a great deal in a short time. Not only is she mother to two young boys, wife to an Air Force Medic, a decade long owner of her own lash boutique, she is also a skilled aesthetician and master lash artist. “I started off as a medical administrator dealing with patient and insurance billing and coding, but I really missed being in the thick of the action. I really like being face-to-face with clients and helping them feel empowered. I want to match their inner and outer beauty to match and anything I can do to help, makes my day.”
Motivated by her goals, Jade began her official aesthetics training at age 22 and is certified in several techniques from microneedling and facials to lasers and chemical peels. She takes her work to the next level, “I think there are so many ways to reach new audiences in the world of aesthetics, our team has so much know-how I want to share that with the world!” To tap into this ethos Jade is a special events planner within the beauty industry offering waxing, lasers and SFX makeup events to name a few.
Events Coordinator & Client Relationship Manager
Lisa’s personal favorite: “I can’t say enough great things about CO2 fractional laser treatments. Except wow! This procedure is a hard hitter but it’s very effective if you want to erase skin damage and improve texture and tone.
Lisa has over twenty years of business and marketing experience and a particular skillset in guest and community relations. She has utilized this expertise brilliantly within the real estate and property industry and is noted for her ability to create very positive customer experiences. She says, “I take a very creative and imaginative approach to providing solutions for clients, no two situations are the same so I like to treat every case individually. That’s one of the reasons why I enjoy my current role at Invigorate Advanced Aesthetics, there are so many opportunities to create unique events for unique people.”
Lisa’s strong performance instinct means she helps drive the business forward in interesting and memorable ways. This natural entrepreneurial spirit has helped increase, build and maintain professional relationships that keep going from strength to strength. She adds, “I get a real thrill from establishing relationships, and like to represent my team with integrity and loyalty. I believe in partnerships that last and stand the test of time. It’s all about investing in people and patients and making sure their needs are met.”
Spa Coordinator & Digital Social Media Marketing Lead
Caitlin’s personal favorite: “I really love indulging in the many IV nutritional therapies from our extensive self-care menu. It’s hard to believe that something so relaxing can be great for your wellbeing. Honestly, I love them all!”
Caitlin is a seasoned professional in both the aesthetics and health & wellness industries. After discovering yoga in 2013 she began her journey down the path of holistic health practices and wellness. In 2015 she opened Blue Lotus Yoga Studio in Newnan, GA and maintained ownership until selling the studio. She says, “as a yoga instructor I will always go back to my practice. I do miss teaching but right now I’m enjoying the process of being a student again. I’m learning so much.” Caitlin is currently set to complete her personal training, nutrition and wellness coaching education before the end of 2023 with plans to continue adding to her education in the future. She specializes in weight loss and wellness coaching.
Shortly after entering the world of aesthetics, Caitlin grew into the role of a spa coordinator – with an emphasis on digital and social media marketing. She adds, “I enjoy working with clients and creating a positive impression whether they’re booking an appointment, checking out or simply asking questions. I believe it’s important that the first person the client communicates with makes the effort to be positive and helpful and I also believe that a spa coordinator should know everything there is to know about the services and products being offered.”
